Main Dish, for 02

  • 200g Pasta
  • 250g Fresh button mushrooms
  • 100g Bacon
  • 30g Parmesan cheese
  • 200ml Whipped cream or sugar-free milk
  • 1 Onion
  • 100g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 20g dried cinnamon
  • Parsley (or coriander) 
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil 


  1. Chop the bacon and mushroom, finely chop the onion, half the cherry tomato 
  2. Boil water, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta for 10-12'. Rinse and set aside. 
  3. Heat the olive oil, add the bacon and cook until it turns golden, add the onion and cherry tomato, then the mushrooms and stir fry everything for 02-03', add the cinnamon, then the whipped cream, season to taste and cook on low heat for 02-03' 
  4. Add the pasta to the pot, cook for 01 - 02'. Serve hot with chopped parsley
