- 350g Sweet potatoes, cooked, mashed
- 40g Tapioca starch
- 50g Margarine
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 10g Sugar
- Add mashed sweet potatoes, tapioca starch, margarine, salt and sugar into a large bowl, mix well.
- Leave the dough refrigerated for at least 30 minutes, then take out and make little balls.
- Bake the balls in a 300ºC oven for 30 minutes.
- Let them cool completely and serve with ketchup.
