- 200g Straw mushrooms or Oyster mushrooms*
- 01 Sponge gourd
- 100g Fresh peanuts
- Spring onion, herb
- Salt, pepper
- Clean the mushrooms
- Peel the sponge gourd, cut into the small pieces
- Crush the fresh peanuts
- Boil some water, season with salt and pepper to cook the peanuts until softened
- Add mushrooms and sponge gourd, cook till boiling again. Turn off the heat, add chopped spring onion, herb then serve
*If using dried mushrooms, soak the mushrooms in room-temperature water for 20' to 30' before cooking.
