  • 200g Straw mushrooms or Oyster mushrooms*
  • 01 Sponge gourd
  • 100g Fresh peanuts
  • Spring onion, herb
  • Salt, pepper


  1. Clean the mushrooms
  2. Peel the sponge gourd, cut into the small pieces
  3. Crush the fresh peanuts
  4. Boil some water, season with salt and pepper to cook the peanuts until softened 
  5. Add mushrooms and sponge gourd, cook till boiling again. Turn off the heat, add chopped spring onion, herb then serve

*If using dried mushrooms, soak the mushrooms in room-temperature water for 20' to 30' before cooking.
