  • 150g Fresh oyster mushrooms
  • 01 Egg
  • 02 Scallion
  • 03 pieces of Ginger
  • Oil, salt, black pepper


  1. Wash mushrooms and drain.
  2. Heat cooking oil, sauteed the mushrooms then seasoning, add 700ml of water. Cook until boiling.
  3. Beat egg into the pot, then use a fork to stir egg mixture into the soup and cook until egg is opaque. Add chopped scallion then serve.
