Hotpot, for 02 - 04

  • 400g Fresh straw mushrooms
  • 300g Fresh oyster mushrooms
  • 500g sliced Beef
  • 800g Pork bone
  • 500g Vegetables of Choice (Morning glory, Pak Choy, Chinese Leaf) 
  • 200g Tofu
  • 500g Rice vermicelli
  • Salt, chili, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, shallots


  1. Clean then slice mushrooms and vegetables
  2. Boil and wash pork bone, cook in low heat in water for 02 - 03 hours, skimming off the fat, then add shallots, ginger, anise, cinnamon, salt
  3. Transfer the pork broth into a small pot, add mushrooms, vegetables, beef slices and pieces of tofu. Serve with rice vermicelli
