Side dish, for 02

  • 300g Fresh oyster mushrooms
  • 200g Chicken breast
  • 01 Carrot
  • 02 Celery
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 03 Potatoes
  • 200ml Unsweetened milk
  • 03ts wheat flour 
  • Salt, butter, parsley


  1. Separate each mushrooms, wash and rinse, slice into small pieces.
  2. Clean the chicken and dice.
  3. Clean onion, celery, carrot, potatoes and dice.
  4. Fry the chicken with 01 teaspoon of butter in 05' then add the mushrooms, carrot, potato, celery. Mix well and add salt for seasoning. Add 400ml of water, cook in 15' until cook through then add milk and wheat, mix well.
  5. Cook until the soup is bubbling then spoon it into a bowl and sprinkle with some parsley on the top then serve.
