- 200g Fresh straw mushrooms
- 300g Bottle gourd
- 01 bunch of Scallion
- 20g Shallot
- Cooking oil
- Cut and pour hot water over the mushrooms, leave to dry
- Peel and chop bottle gourd, slice shallot
- Sauteed shallot and straw mushroom in 02' - 03'
- Sauteed shallot and bottle gourd in 04' - 05', then add mushrooms, salt, scallion and pepper
