Side dish, for 02

  • 200g Fresh straw mushrooms
  • 100g Fresh lotus seeds
  • 150g Tofu, diced
  • 100g Bottle gourd, sliced
  • 50g Carrots, diced 
  • Scallions, salt, herbs, oil


  1. Peel off the plumules of lotus seeds and clean
  2. Heat oil and cook mushrooms in 03'
  3. Add 03 bowls of water, then add carrots and lotus seeds to cook, after 15' - 20', add tofu and bottle gourd, season to taste with salt
  4. Ladle soup into bowls, sprinkle scallions and herbs on top
