Oyster mushrooms and green beans stir-fry in soy sauce

  • 100g Fresh oyster mushrooms
  • 200g Long beans 
  • 01 Red chilli 
  • 02 Garlic cloves 
  • 01 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 01 ts Sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 01 tbs Soy sauce  


  1. Torn mushrooms half, cut the long beans into 05 cm lengths, slice the chilli and mince the garlic
  2. Heat a pan with the vegetable, quickly fry the garlic until fragrant, pour in the long bean, stir constantly to avoid burning the garlic. You can add  a little bit of water to help cook the beans
  3. After 02 - 03', add the mushrooms, sesame oil, soya sauce, pepper and toss for another minute, then transfer to a plate
  4. Serve hot with rice
