  • 150g Fresh oyster mushrooms
  • 200g Sponge gourd
  • Oil, salt, scallions


  1. Separate each mushroom cap, rinse with hot water, drain
  2. Chop sponge gourd, rinse with hot water, drain
  3. Heat oil and fry scallions, add mushrooms to cook in 02'
  4. Cook sponge gourd in 04' - 05', add mushrooms, salt and scallions
