- 150g Fresh oyster mushrooms
- 200g Sponge gourd
- Oil, salt, scallions
- Separate each mushroom cap, rinse with hot water, drain
- Chop sponge gourd, rinse with hot water, drain
- Heat oil and fry scallions, add mushrooms to cook in 02'
- Cook sponge gourd in 04' - 05', add mushrooms, salt and scallions
