Method:

  1. Soak dried mushrooms in water 30', clean and drain
  2. Cut tofu into manageable pieces then fry
  3. Chop tomatoes roughly
  4. Heat oil and fry scallions, add tomatoes, mushrooms, salt, cook until soft
  5. Add fried tofu, cook in 05'. Serve hot.
