- 350g cooked, mashed Sweet potatoes
- 40g Tapioca starch
- 50g Magarine
- 1/2 tea spoon of Salt
- 10g Sugar
- Add mashed sweet potapoes, tapioca starch, magarine, salt and sugar into a large bowl. Mix well.
- Roll pinches of dough into small oblong rolls.
- Bake on cookie sheet in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely and serve with ketchup.
