  • 350g Sweet potatoes,  cooked, mashed
  • 40g Tapioca starch
  • 50g Margarine
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 10g Sugar


  1. Add mashed sweet potatoes, tapioca starch, margarine, salt and sugar into a large bowl, mix well.
  2. Leave the dough refrigerated for at least 30 minutes, then take out and make little balls.
  3. Bake the balls in a 300ºC oven for 30 minutes. 
  4. Let them cool completely and serve with ketchup.
