Smart Production

Fargreen designs a Smart Production Model in which the most critical components that determine mushroom yield and quality, (like treating straw substrate, inoculating spores, incubating the fungal network etc.) take place at Fargreen's Production Center.

Mushrooms are grown in reusable & hygienic kits, which will then be transported to a growing room set up on the farmer families' properties.

There, the farmers will take care of the fruiting phase of the mushrooms by watering and picking the mushrooms when ready, and then shipping them to Fargreen's Processing & Packaging Center.

Here, their work in the supply chain is complete, and the leftover after mushroom cultivation will be recycled back into the earth - nourishing the soil as bio-fertilizer for rice and vegetable crops, thus closing the production loop.
